About The Position

Overlake Clinics is currently recruiting for a per diem neurosurgeon with a spine focus, and comfort level with multilevel deformity correction. This role will join our growing group of neurosurgeons and APPs. The position is part of a well-established, growing comprehensive multidisciplinary spine program where you will collaborate with an experienced team of neurosurgical spine specialists. You will benefit from extensive inpatient and outpatient physiatry services, practice within a large, employed multispecialty medical group, and have established neurohospitalist coverage and robust outpatient neurology resources. This role is part of a larger system (MultiCare) with a transfer center.

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurosurgery
• Completion of an accredited Neurosurgery residency program
• Spine fellowship required
• Willingness to take call for a level 2 trauma center
• WA medical license prior to start date

Nice To Haves

• Comfort level with multilevel deformity correction
• Training in minimally invasive surgery preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform cranial and spine surgeries.
• Perform cranial surgeries only.
• Take call for a level 2 trauma center.
