About The Position

Mercy Medical Center is seeking a second neuroradiology fellowship-trained full-time or part-time radiologist to join their team. The group serves a busy hospital with strong orthopedic and neurology practices, as well as three outpatient centers. The facility is equipped with three 1.5T magnets, four CT scanners, a PET CT unit, and ultrasound. A new 3T magnet will be installed in the fall.

Requirements

• Fellowship trained in neuroradiology.
• On-call coverage is required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with nerve root and epidural injections.

Responsibilities

• Spend at least 50% of time reading neuroradiology cases.
• Spend the remaining 50% reading x-ray, ultrasound, and body CT cases.
• Share myelogram readings with two other radiologists.
• Provide on-call coverage, with nighthawk service for overnight needs.
• Perform nerve root and epidural injections (helpful, but not required).
