Day Neuroradiologist - Jefferson Radiology

Radiology Partners•Hartford, CT
•$600,000 - $1,000,000•Hybrid

About The Position

Jefferson Radiology is recruiting a fellowship-trained Neuroradiologist to join its team in Connecticut. The role provides exclusive coverage of neuroradiology cases within a collaborative, physician-led practice. Physicians may choose a personalized level of neuroradiology specialization, from a neuro-only role to a hybrid general-neuro role. Flexible onsite, hybrid, or remote teleradiology arrangements and multiple scheduling models are available. The daily caseload is described as reasonable and manageable, primarily involving cross-sectional imaging, with occasional plain films. Case complexity is moderate and typical of a community-based health system. Strong outpatient MRI volume supports productivity, and no procedures are required. There are opportunities to read non-neuro cases or moonlight for additional compensation, as well as to teach and participate in academic activities through the onsite radiology residency program. A subspecialty mentor supports the transition from training to attending practice, and the partnership track is one year. The position offers a base salary of $625,000 for onsite work or $600,000 for remote work, with productivity incentives that may bring annual compensation up to $1,000,000. A commencement and/or retention bonus of up to $100,000 collectively is available. The compensation section also notes eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. The benefits package includes generous vacation time, retirement savings plans, medical insurance, health and wellness coverage options, family planning, telehealth, and other benefits subject to eligibility. Jefferson Radiology is a Connecticut-based subspecialty group established in 1963, with more than 90 physicians and more than 400 non-physician staff. It serves imaging centers, community hospitals, and tertiary-academic centers. Its technology and workflow environment includes a unified enterprise PACS, home workstations, a cloud-based system, AI-enabled workflow tools, Clario, and RP’s MosaicOS platform. A 24/7 support team handles logistics and clinician communications.
