About The Position

City of Hope is seeking a full-time, fellowship-trained Neuroradiologist to join an established team of radiologists and nurses at its nationally recognized cancer system in Duarte, California. This is primarily a clinical position with opportunities for research and collaboration. A leadership role may be available for the right candidate.

The position is based in a newly opened, multilevel outpatient imaging center. Imaging equipment across the sites includes PET/MR, PET/CT, dual-energy CT, multiple 1.5T and 3T MRI units, and ultrasound. The role offers a base salary range of $475,000–$525,000, depending on rank, experience, and academic research. This range is for base compensation only and excludes incentive compensation and benefits; actual compensation may also depend on experience, training, hospital and community needs, and other factors. Relocation assistance is available, along with an excellent benefits package that includes a generous retirement contribution plan.

Requirements

• M.D. or equivalent degree.
• Board certified or, at minimum, board eligible in the specialty and subspecialty.
• Eligible to obtain or already hold an active California medical license.
• Experience with plain films, fluoroscopy, CT, MR, and PET/CT.
• Three to five years of experience as a diagnostic radiologist is preferred.
• Fellowship training is preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working at an academic medical center or specialty cancer center is highly desirable.
• An academic record consistent with appointment as an Assistant Professor or early-career Associate Professor is preferred.
• Interest in participating in clinical research.
