About The Position

RP SMIL is seeking a fellowship-trained Neuroradiologist to join our well-established, multi-specialty practice in Scottsdale, AZ! This is a 100% remote position with the majority of the work (minimum 80%) focused on Neuroradiology. The primary shift is a swing shift from 2pm-10pm (AZ Time) with occasional day shifts. The schedule is 7 days on followed by 14 days off. Responsibilities do not include Mammography, Nuclear Medicine, MSK, or Interventional Radiology. The role does involve the ability to perform basic image-guided procedures such as thyroid biopsies and large joint injections. Shift assignments, call responsibilities, and vacation time are shared equally among the team. Shared weekend work responsibilities can be performed from a home workstation. The practice utilizes a locally-managed AI-enabled IT Platform with 24x7 IT support and a dedicated communications team, including Radiologist Support Coordinators (RSCs). The workflow is supported by PowerScribe, InteleRad, and Epic for reporting, imaging, and clinical systems. The position offers a salary plus a comprehensive benefit package, including base salary and productivity bonuses. There is a partnership track option and additional shareholder opportunities with the physician-owned SMIL Outpatient Imaging Centers. Internal moonlighting opportunities are also available.

Requirements

Fellowship-trained in Neuroradiology.
Licensed or ability to obtain an Arizona medical license.
Board eligible or certified by the American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology.

CAQ (Certificate of Added Qualification) is preferred.
On the job training for procedures is provided if needed/requested.
