Columbus Radiology Corporation (CRC) is seeking a full-time, fellowship-trained Neuroradiologist based in the greater Cincinnati, Ohio region. The position supports CRC’s growing practice serving seven health systems, more than 25 hospitals—including three Level 1 Trauma Centers—and 70 ambulatory care centers. The radiologist will interpret neuroradiology studies and must also be comfortable reading general diagnostic imaging across outpatient, inpatient, and emergency medicine settings. The role calls for collaboration with local referring physicians and offers opportunities to grow in clinical and non-clinical practice roles. The position is listed as on-site and day shift. Compensation starts at $447,000+, inclusive of an annual 401(k) profit-sharing contribution, with a $100,000 commencement bonus. CRC offers a one-year partnership track that includes Radiology Partners equity upon elevation to partner; an associate role is also available. The position includes 10 weeks of paid time off, full benefits, a home workstation, and opportunities for substantial moonlighting and incentive pay. The posting notes that some radiologists earn more than $1 million in annual total compensation and that partner compensation averages $800,000 annually. Accelerated leadership opportunities are also available. CRC is physician-owned and physician-led. Founded in 1946, the practice has more than 180 board-certified and subspecialty-trained radiologists. It emphasizes patient care, physician relations, continuous quality improvement, professional development, clinical initiatives, research, artificial intelligence, and evidence-based practices. Its internal 24/7 CORE (Center of Radiology Excellence) Results Communication Center coordinates care and clinical contact, helping reduce radiologists’ day-to-day administrative work.
