Neuromuscular Neurologist Opportunity with BayCare Medical Group in St. Petersburg, Florida
About The Position
BayCare Medical Group is seeking a board eligible/certified Neurologist with fellowship training in Neuromuscular Medicine to join an established office located on the campus of St. Anthony's Hospital in St. Petersburg, Florida. This opportunity offers the chance to join a large, collegial team of sub-specialized neurologists, including two current Neuromuscular Neurologists. The role is supported by inpatient services including Neurohospitalists and Advanced Practice Providers. Immediate patient volume is available due to a retiring neurologist with a significant Neuromuscular Medicine practice. The position includes in-office EMG equipment with an experienced technician and a weekly MDA Clinic. Research opportunities are available, along with a strong referral base and potential for growth. Experienced neurologists are available for mentorship, making it an ideal environment for new graduates. Requirements
- Board Certification or Eligibility by The American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, Electrodiagnostic Medicine and Neuromuscular Medicine.
- Ability to obtain/maintain a Florida medical license.
Responsibilities
- Practice Neuromuscular Medicine.
- Provide comprehensive patient care.
- Collaborate with a team of neurologists and healthcare professionals.
- Utilize in-office EMG equipment.
- Participate in weekly MDA Clinics.
