About The Position

BayCare Medical Group is seeking an additional Gastroenterologist to join their expanding GI services team in Dunedin and Safety Harbor, Florida. This role involves joining a group of six experienced, board-certified Gastroenterologists and building a general Gastroenterology practice. Inpatient coverage will be provided at Mease Dunedin Hospital and Mease Countryside Hospital. The position includes one office location on the campus of Mease Dunedin Hospital. ERCP experience is desirable but not required. Call frequency is expected to be an average of 4-5 days per month.

Requirements

• Board Certification/Eligibility by the American Board of Internal Medicine, Gastroenterology
• Ability to obtain a Florida medical license

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a general Gastroenterology practice.
• Provide inpatient coverage at Mease Dunedin Hospital and Mease Countryside Hospital.
• Participate in call rotation averaging 4-5 days per month.
