Neuromuscular Neurologist
About The Position
The Department of Neurology at Stamford Health is seeking a fellowship-trained neuromuscular neurologist to join a team of expert neurologists providing care for conditions affecting the brain, spinal cord, and nervous system. This is a 100% outpatient role with a balanced mix of neuromuscular and general neurology and no inpatient consults. The physician will work alongside seven neurologists and three neurohospitalists in a modern, fully updated medical office on the Stamford Hospital campus in Stamford, Connecticut. The health system is independent and committed to high standards and patient-centered care. The role includes 36 patient-contact hours and four administrative hours per week, with low-volume, phone-only call. Compensation includes a market-competitive salary with wRVU incentives, a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and an annual quality bonus. Requirements
- MD or DO.
- Board certified or board eligible in Neurology.
- Neuromuscular fellowship training.
- Eligible for a Connecticut medical license.
Responsibilities
