About The Position

The Program Coordinator provides administrative and secretarial support based on applicable policies, rules and procedures. This role involves project management and communication with a variety of individuals/entities and decision making. The position serves all age-specific groups and operates in a fast-paced environment that requires handling multiple priorities, adapting to frequent change, and frequent/intense customer interactions. The role also requires high volume computer, telephone, and paperwork usage.

Requirements

  • Minimum of four (4) years of previous secretarial/administrative work experience in an office setting.
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Office applications and e-mail/calendaring.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Prolonged sitting.

  • Associate Degree in Business, Accounting, or related field from an accredited program.
