About The Position

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Board certified and licensed (or eligible for licensure) as an NP or PA in Arizona
- Require one year of Neurology experience
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage neurological conditions across a diverse patient population
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, physical examinations, consultations, and follow-up visits
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Order, interpret, and manage diagnostic tests, procedures, and treatment recommendations
- Provide patient and family education, counseling, and ongoing care coordination
- Manage prescription therapies and support patients with chronic neurological conditions
- Travel periodically to affiliated clinic locations as needed in West Valley
