We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team in a fast-paced environment to support the launch of a new product in the U.S. focused on educating Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) on a treatment for appropriate individuals suffering from mild cognitive impairment due to Alzheimer’s disease (AD) or mild AD. The Neurology Account Specialist (NAS) will be part of a diverse team of sales professionals responsible for developing and executing business plans for their assigned geography. The primary role of the NAS is demand generation by conveying complex clinical information to customers and key stakeholders consistent with the FDA-approved indication. The NAS will also ensure customers are educated on the simplest patient journey to therapy within their assigned geography, utilizing exemplary interpersonal skills to uncover and address customer educational needs. The individual must effectively understand, navigate, and communicate a successful patient pathway to customers, be an agile learner with the expectation of understanding Alzheimer’s disease and the competitive landscape, and build trusted professional relationships with appropriate HCPs, other HCPs, and office staff. The NAS will be expected to work cross-functionally while adhering to all of Eisai’s ethics and compliance standards.
