About The Position

In this remote project, the Neurologist will apply expertise in neurology to help fine-tune large language models. The role focuses on ensuring AI systems provide accurate, empathetic, and safe medical reasoning, drawing on knowledge of neurological diagnostics, neurodegenerative diseases, and complex neurological care. The Neurologist will design and solve advanced clinical scenarios, evaluate AI-generated responses, identify gaps in model understanding across neurology subspecialties, and collaborate with AI researchers and medical peers. The position is a fully remote contractor/freelancer engagement lasting one month, with a possible extension. The expected commitment is 20–40 hours per week, with a minimum of four hours per day and overlap with Pacific Time. The engagement does not include medical or paid leave.
