About The Position

This role is responsible for accurately positioning patients and selecting technical parameters for specialized imaging, including complex vascular and interventional procedures. The technologist will administer contrast/medications within their legal scope while monitoring patient status and reporting abnormal activity. They will support Radiologists and Physician Assistants during advanced therapeutic and diagnostic interventions. A strict adherence to radiation safety protocols and all federal, state, and institutional regulatory standards is required. The role also involves monitoring imaging protocols and recommending updates or refinements to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Cardiographic Tech credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date OR American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Registered Radiologic Technologist licensure required.
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
2 years of Neuroendovascular Surgery experience
