The Neurodiagnostic Technologist is responsible for conducting procedures including, but not limited to, electroencephalograms (EEG), nerve conduction studies, (NCS), EMGs and electronystagmograms (ENG) , intraoperative monitoring, and clipping and archiving studies. Responsibilities include timely completion of daily patient testing, accurate documentation and charges of patient testing, and physical maintenance of clinical testing equipment. The technologist will perform standard and complex electroneurodiagnostic procedures, including all aspects of EEG, multiple modalities of evoked potentials, nerve conduction velocities, quantitative sensory testing, and epilepsy monitoring.
