Neurodiagnostic Technologist II/III - EMU/EEG
About The Position
The Neurodiagnostic Technologist works in the neurodiagnostic laboratories performing any one or more of the following procedures: Electroencephalography (EEG), Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU), and long-term monitoring (LTM). The technologist is responsible for complete and accurate patient preparation, data acquisition, providing a safe testing environment and must demonstrate competent skills and knowledge in one or more of these areas. If applicable, you must also be able to work within the EEG/EMU on call schedule including but not limited to after hours, nights and weekends on a rotational basis. As our Mayo Clinic Neurology department continues to grow in innovation, education, and technology, we are looking for amazing Neurodiagnostic Technologists to join our team. This position can be filled by a Tech II or III. Our technologists are responsible for complete and accurate patient preparation, data acquisition, providing a safe testing environment, and must demonstrate minimum competency, skill, and knowledge in neurodiagnostic procedural testing in the area of hire.
