The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) supports the clinical, operational, and programmatic needs of the Pediatric Neuro-Oncology and Pediatric Hematology/Oncology programs and is responsible for the comprehensive management of patients with neuro-oncologic and hematologic/oncologic conditions, ensuring high-quality, coordinated care across the continuum. The APP provides direct patient care, including assessment, treatment management, and longitudinal follow-up, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize clinical outcomes. Responsibilities include supporting care delivery across multiple sites, participating in program development and clinical initiatives, and contributing to the advancement of care models within the Section of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology & Stem Cell Transplantation. This position also supports clinical operations, protocol implementation, and quality improvement efforts. The APP works closely with physicians, nursing, and administrative teams to enhance patient access, streamline care processes, and ensure compliance with institutional standards.
