Network Technician

About The Position
This role involves coordinating with field engineers and vendors for installation activities, understanding and troubleshooting IP Networks, and supporting circuit installation execution. The technician will monitor and update installation tasks through ServiceNow, perform basic configuration and validation in Cisco Meraki environments, and ensure timely updates and communication during installation activities.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Cisco Meraki technologies
- Working experience with ServiceNow interface
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Understanding of remote network installation/support processes
Nice To Haves
- Certification is a plus
