About The Position
This role requires a skilled Network Technician with intermediate experience to support Microsoft Entra ID, Windows Server environments, and troubleshoot networking issues. The technician will be responsible for responding to help desk requests via a ticketing system and ensuring the smooth operation of network infrastructure. The selected contractor will need to provide their own equipment, as Lumen and its clients will not supply any.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Entra ID and general Microsoft administration
- 5+ years of experience with Windows Server environments
- 10+ years of experience in troubleshooting networking (wired/wireless)
- 5+ years of experience responding to help desk requests via ticketing system
- Must have own equipment (Laptop, monitor, etc.)
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Deskpro ticketing system
- Experience with Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy
- Experience with Ruckus/Brocade network switches
