About The Position
As the Team Lead, you will play a vital role in the ongoing planning, coordination, and support of assigned team members. In this capacity, you will collaborate with the program network manager to provide guidance and oversight for your assigned staff and services. Your responsibilities will include mentoring, training, and supporting team members in clinic and community settings to ensure the delivery of individualized, trauma-informed, and culturally and linguistically competent services to adults and young adults.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Science or 30 transcript hours in Behavioral Health studies.
- Four (4) years of experience in the Health and Human services field.
- Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) OR eligible for QMHP certification.
- DS Service Coordinator certification (on the job).
Responsibilities
- Ongoing planning, coordination, and support of assigned team members.
- Collaborate with the program network manager to provide guidance and oversight for assigned staff and services.
- Mentoring, training, and supporting team members in clinic and community settings.
- Ensure the delivery of individualized, trauma-informed, and culturally and linguistically competent services to adults and young adults.
- Demonstrate compassion, trauma-informed care, and safety practices including suicide safe care.
