About The Position

This role involves providing 24/7/365 operation and maintenance support within the Network Operation Center (NOC). The technician will monitor and support network infrastructure, data centers, backbone equipment, submarine cable systems, and international transmission services. Responsibilities include troubleshooting network and infrastructure-related issues, escalating problems when necessary, supporting IT solution services, and ensuring the stable operation of critical systems. The position requires collaboration with internal teams to maintain high service availability and reliability, and participation in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

  • Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English (spoken and written).
  • Basic PC skills, including Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and other standard office applications.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

  • Basic technical troubleshooting skills and an interest in networking and IT infrastructure.
