About The Position
Technician for O&M support at 24/7/365 Network Operation Center for any network, datacenter, international transmission, submarine cable, backbone equipment, infrastructure and IT solution services.
Requirements
- Bilingual in Japanese and English
- Basic PC Skills (Microsoft OS, Word, Excel, etc)
- Must have legal work authorization in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Provide O&M support at a 24/7/365 Network Operation Center.
- Support network, datacenter, international transmission, submarine cable, backbone equipment, infrastructure, and IT solution services.
