Network Support Specialist
About The Position
E-logic is seeking a Network Support Specialist to ensure reliable and secure network connectivity across township operations. Responsibilities: Monitor and maintain township network systems. Support internet service provider connectivity and troubleshooting. Assist with firewall replacement and network upgrades. Conduct quarterly on-site maintenance visits. Resolve network-related issues quickly and effectively. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Networking, IT, or equivalent work experience. 3+ years in network administration or support. Hands-on experience with firewalls, VPNs, and network monitoring tools. Excellent troubleshooting skills. Important Notice : This role is part of a proposal for the Lower Nazareth Township. Hiring is contingent upon the selection of the consultant . Selected candidates will be included in the proposal and must authorize the use of their resume for submission.
