The Network Operations team member will be responsible for day-to-day operations. They will also be responsible for ensuring all site connectivity is up and functioning for all AFS sites 24x7x365. They will participate in working support tickets and requests company wide, and participate in meetings and Operational projects. Travel will be required to a DC location most business days.

Requirements

Must be a US citizen on US soil
2 years of Cisco Switching
1 year of OSPF Routing experience
1 year of Palo Alto firewall experience
1 year of DHCP experience
1 year of DNS experience

Nice To Haves

Experience working support tickets, making changes where necessary using the CR process, and escalating issues/concerns to management
Experience providing network operational support to configure and test updates in offices and data centers
Experience performing system maintenance and OS patching
Experience ensuring standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
Working knowledge of authentication protocols such as TACAS and radius
