  • Minimum 5 years of experience in network engineering, administration, or a related role in a mid-to-large enterprise environment.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade routing and switching platforms (e.g., Cisco, Meraki, Arista).
  • Demonstrated experience designing and supporting multi-site WAN architectures, including MPLS, SD-WAN, and site-to-site VPN solutions.
  • Proven experience administering VMware vSphere/ESXi and Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization platforms in production environments.
  • Experience deploying and managing Microsoft Azure services, including Azure AD, virtual networking, and hybrid cloud connectivity.
  • Hands-on experience implementing and supporting SSO and Cisco Duo MFA solutions.
  • Strong proficiency with routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and switching technologies (VLANs, STP, port-channel, QoS).
  • In-depth knowledge of VMware vCenter, ESXi host management, vMotion, and distributed resource scheduling (DRS).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Hyper-V Manager, failover clustering, and virtual machine replication.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure portal, Azure networking, Azure AD Connect, and conditional access policies.
  • Familiarity with SSO protocols and standards (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect) and Duo MFA administration and policy configuration.
  • Experience with network security technologies including next-generation firewalls, IDS/IPS, NAC, and endpoint security integration.
  • Working knowledge of network monitoring and management tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios, Wireshark).
  • Knowledge of automation and scripting for network and infrastructure operations (PowerShell, Python, Ansible, or similar).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in manufacturing, printing, or industrial business environments is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and troubleshoot network hardware including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN concentrators, and wireless access points.
  • Monitor network performance, availability, and security using industry-standard tools; proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact operations.
  • Plan and execute network upgrades, expansions, and migrations with minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Manage IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and other core network services.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive network documentation, including topology diagrams, configuration standards, and change management records.
  • Administer and maintain server virtualization environments using VMware vSphere/ESXi and Microsoft Hyper-V, including provisioning, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
  • Manage and support Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure, including virtual networks, resource groups, storage accounts, and Azure Active Directory integrations.
  • Plan and execute virtual machine migrations, snapshots, backups, and disaster recovery procedures across on-premises and cloud environments.
