About The Position

The Network Security Architect will be part of the development and design of technical solutions aligned with sector-level Growth and Capture teams. This role involves identifying and winning executable business for defense industry clients by applying innovative technical solutions throughout the business development lifecycle. The architect will lead the creation of innovative architectures and roadmaps to enhance mission capabilities in cyber, radar analysis in full spectrum DoW and IC environments, and other emerging technologies. Leveraging technical experience with capture and business development, along with functional expertise, the architect will build addressable markets and increase technical solutions development work. A key role will be played in captures for complex and technical bids, including assessing client requirements and buying patterns, developing complex technical solution options, and building a cost-competitive industry team capable of delivering client impact. The position also drives market-based competitive intelligence, market assessments, client assessments, and strategic planning efforts to expand opportunity portfolios. Managing key stakeholder relationships and keeping the business leadership team informed and engaged in advancing technologies is also a core function.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in network security
  • 5+ years of experience designing and architecting solutions tailored to mission requirements
  • Experience driving consensus, managing competing priorities, and executing technical strategies in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Zero Trust solutions, roadmaps, and capabilities in alignment with industry standards
  • Experience in a cybersecurity compliance, operations, or engineering leadership role
  • Experience with SAP IT
  • Ability to communicate complex technical challenges and their solutions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

  • Experience working with DoW acquisition centers and key client mission stakeholders
  • Experience developing and maintaining effective internal and external business relationships with clients and industry partners
  • Experience briefing senior leaders
