About The Position

Parsons is seeking a Network-Savvy CNO Developer to support a critical customer mission through reverse engineering, vulnerability research, and prototype development. The role focuses on embedded systems, binaries, firmware, and the development of embedded software capabilities in C. The developer will work on-site at a contractor facility, fully integrated into a small expert team, collaborating with and learning from senior subject matter experts. The work contributes to national security and the protection of critical systems. This position is part of Parsons’ Federal Solutions team, which serves U.S. government customers across defense, security, intelligence, infrastructure, and environmental missions. An active Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Requirements

Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
10 or more years of software engineering (C, Python), reverse engineering, or vulnerability research experience; alternatively, 3 years of experience with a Master's degree.
Experience with reverse engineering.
Experience with vulnerability research.

Nice To Haves

Experience with vulnerability research, such as exploit development, fuzzing, or security analysis of embedded systems.
Familiarity with common reverse-engineering tools and environments, such as IDA Pro, Ghidra, or binary analysis platforms.
Experience in CNO or related cybersecurity operations.
