About The Position

We are hiring a Network Operations Manager for an onsite position in Suffolk, Virginia. This role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projects related to radar data integration and IT network implementation/maintenance. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop project plans, monitor progress, and lead technical teams. Ensuring compliance with industry standards, facilitating communication, implementing risk mitigation, and leading troubleshooting efforts are key aspects of this position. The role also includes documenting project outcomes, participating in recruitment, and onboarding new team members.

Requirements

DoD Secret (active) clearance.
Ability to obtain Security+ Certification within 120 days.
10 years of experience, may have supervisory or lead experience.
Ability to learn program-specific data integration concepts and theories.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team setting.

Nice To Haves

Experience with data analysis and network integration of radar systems.
Understanding of radar data integration and IT network infrastructure.
Previous USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR) experience.
Experience in cybersecurity and data protection.

Responsibilities

Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects related to radar data integration and IT network implementation/maintenance.
