About The Position

The Network Operations Coordinator 3 supports the administration and maintenance of provider network data for health plans, including provider demographics, reimbursement rates, and contract intent. This role is responsible for coordinating provider data updates, supporting provider audits, maintaining contract management and credentialing systems, and helping resolve provider service concerns.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of operations experience
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Excel proficiency
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Self-provided internet service with at least a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps.
• Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.
