The technician will apply technical knowledge to oversee high availability IP networks, messaging systems, and Air to Ground data communications equipment. They will also identify resolutions for customer queries, collaborate with team members on complex issues, and use discretion to apply established processes. The role requires monitoring and troubleshooting system performance, developing tools for efficiency, and participating in network solutions design and configurations. The position is a contract-to-hire role based in Annapolis, MD.
