About The Position

The Network & IT Infrastructure Administrator supports the Los Angeles office and regional business operations. This onsite role maintains network infrastructure, supports approximately 200 users across office and warehouse environments, and helps ensure stable IT operations. The position requires strong networking knowledge, hands-on IT support experience, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders. Korean and English bilingual proficiency is required. The administrator manages LAN/WAN, wireless, VPN, network security, Windows-based infrastructure, and end-user support. The role also coordinates with vendors and internal stakeholders on infrastructure projects, security initiatives, and operational improvements.

Requirements

Must be bilingual in Korean and English.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in network administration, infrastructure operations, or IT support.
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing and switching, LAN/WAN/WLAN technologies, VPN technologies, firewall administration, and network monitoring and troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience configuring and supporting Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless infrastructure.
Experience supporting Windows Server environments and Active Directory.
Experience providing user support in office and warehouse/manufacturing environments.
Ability to troubleshoot network and infrastructure issues independently.
Strong customer service, communication, and documentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Cisco Meraki administration and deployment.
Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Microsoft 365 administration.
Experience supporting warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environments.
Knowledge of network security technologies, including IPSec, SSL VPN, IDS/IPS, and access control.
Experience with VoIP, Unified Communications, and wireless network optimization.
Familiarity with network monitoring and packet analysis tools.
Cisco CCNA certification.
Cisco CCNP certification.
CompTIA Network+ certification.
Microsoft Certified credentials.

Responsibilities

Manage, monitor, and maintain LAN/WAN, wireless, VPN, and network security environments.
Configure and support routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
Troubleshoot network connectivity, performance, routing, switching, and wireless issues.
Support network upgrades, expansions, and infrastructure improvement projects.
Maintain network documentation, diagrams, standards, and operational procedures.
Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and service providers on issue resolution and implementation activities.
Assist with network security administration, including firewall policies, VPN access, and access control management.
Support Windows-based infrastructure, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file services, and user account administration.
Perform system monitoring, patch management, and routine operational maintenance.
Assist with infrastructure deployments, upgrades, and migration projects.
Maintain IT asset inventory, lifecycle management, and documentation.
Provide onsite and remote technical support for approximately 200 users.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, printing, conferencing, and connectivity issues.
Support employee onboarding and offboarding, workstation deployment, and equipment setup.
Serve as the primary point of contact for local IT support requests and escalations.
Coordinate with internal IT teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders.
Support office, warehouse, and infrastructure expansion initiatives.
Participate in IT standardization, cybersecurity, and operational improvement projects.
Assist in implementing corporate IT policies and best practices.
