About The Position

Three open positions are available to prepare networking infrastructure for two large-scaled initiatives: One Epic and One IT. These roles will focus on preparing the infrastructure for a transition to one common platform of Epic and combining both IT environments and organizations (One IT). The current Network Team is focused on the One IT initiative, so these resources will be focused on duties that prepare their infrastructure for One Epic. Each engineer will be aligned to a specific demand, with opportunities to support both sites as workload and project timelines require. This is an onsite role with an anticipated start timeframe of mid-end July.

Responsibilities

Provide engineering backfill and project support for existing architects and network engineers
Support network hardware refresh initiatives, including switch refreshes across sites, distribution refresh across 12 locations, and chassis refresh
Assist with SD‑WAN rollouts across both environments
Perform hands‑on work with Cisco network infrastructure, including access, distribution, and chassis‑based switches
Support firewall platforms (Palo Alto and Cisco Firepower) depending on assignment
Work onsite, with flexibility to assist across environments as needed
Follow standard equipment configurations and operational practices (no deep architecture design required)
