  • An analytical mindset capable of auditing, designing, and optimizing intricate telecom networks – and developing innovative solutions to automate activities with the help of AI and peer collaboration
  • Strong communication skills to effectively bridge technical execution with client expectations from pre-sales through delivery.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
  • Hands-on experience in RF optimization or RAN performance for cellular networks is highly desirable (though early-career candidates with strong potential are encouraged to apply).
  • A strong conceptual understanding of 4G/5G technologies and RF propagation principles. Key understanding on the principles of Electromagnetic Frequencies and Waves.
  • A passion for automation and tools development, with critical proficiency in languages and platforms like Python, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools to drive efficiency.
  • Demonstrated capability to analyze complex problems, utilize advanced troubleshooting methodologies, and determine rapid, effective corrective actions.
  • An ability to collaborate seamlessly across cross-functional teams, bringing energy and clear communication to internal peers and external customers alike.
  • The ability to develop structured project plans and confidently articulate technical insights or project statuses to Project Managers, Integration Managers, Sales teams, Area Directors, and key stakeholders.
