Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Mandarin.
  • Professional certifications such as CCNA, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in network and security administration.
  • Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, and firewall management.
  • Experience with security technologies, including intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), antivirus software, and data encryption.
  • Proficiency in network monitoring and analysis tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and manage the company’s local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and wireless networks. Familiar with Cisco system.
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure efficient and uninterrupted operations.
  • Implement network upgrades, patches, and enhancements to maintain optimal performance and security.
  • Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents and threats, including malware, intrusion attempts, and vulnerabilities.
  • Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration tests to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Configure and manage firewalls, VPNs, and other network security devices to protect the company’s network perimeter.
  • Ensure secure remote access for employees and authorized users.
  • Implement and manage data encryption, backup, and recovery solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards.
  • Maintain and support network hardware, such as routers, switches, and access points.
  • Manage network infrastructure documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
  • Provide technical support and training to employees regarding network, deskside and security issues.
  • Assist with the setup and maintenance of user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
  • Work closely with other IT team members and departments to support overall IT initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure awareness and understanding of network and security matters.
