Main Responsibilities :
Implement, manage, and continuously improve network and communication systems across the Group’s various sites (network architecture, LAN, WiFi, WAN, IP telephony).
Contribute to the implementation of network prerequisites required for the deployment of IT and OT solutions across sites (connectivity, communication protocols, active equipment, VLAN, SD-WAN).
Ensure the monitoring, operation, maintenance, and evolution of deployed network infrastructures and communication systems.
Implement and operate IT infrastructure monitoring solutions across the Group’s sites.
Diagnose and resolve network performance issues impacting applications.
Optimize WAN traffic through appropriate solutions (QoS, compression, etc.).
Implement security recommendations within the managed infrastructure perimeter (LAN, WAN, and related solutions).

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of network architecture and technologies (LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, WiFi).
• Experience with LAN/WAN network solutions from Fortinet and Cisco.
• Good understanding of communication protocols and network services (DHCP, DNS, LDAP).
• Knowledge of network monitoring and performance optimization techniques.
• Solid understanding of network security fundamentals.
• Knowledge of fixed and IP telephony systems.
• Ability to manage projects and work in an environment structured around ITIL best practices.
• Engineering degree from a top engineering school with a specialization in Computer Networks, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally within an industrial environment.
• Position based in Casablanca.

• Understanding of industrial networks (highly desirable).
