Network Engineer
Williamsville, NY | $65,000–$70,000/year | Full-Time - Exempt
Are you an experienced IT professional who enjoys keeping systems connected, secure, and running smoothly? The Arc Erie County New York is looking for a Network Engineer to join our Information Technology team.
In this role, you’ll help manage and support the network infrastructure that keeps our agency connected across programs and locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field + 4 years of related IT experience OR Associate’s degree in a computer-related field + 6 years of related IT experience
• Experience managing networks and Active Directory

Nice To Haves

• IT certifications such as CCNA, VCP, Microsoft, Citrix, or SonicWall are a plus

Responsibilities

• Maintain servers, network hardware, software, and security
• Support LAN/WAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and switches
• Support Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, VMware, and VPN solutions
• Install and configure new hardware and software
• Troubleshoot advanced network and technical issues
• Maintain network documentation and equipment inventory
• Assist with disaster recovery and technology planning
• Provide on-call support for network-related issues
