About The Position

This role is for a Network Engineer specializing in Teams Voice. The position involves maintaining a Teams Azure environment, managing the organization's mobile device fleet, ensuring proper configuration and security for these devices, and maintaining Audio codes and Ribbon SBC/SBA gateways. The engineer will also be responsible for monitoring SIP Trunk circuits, managing Fax servers, and resolving complex technical issues with a focus on root cause analysis and system stability.

Requirements

• 6+ years experience in IT
• 3 years Teams Enterprise Voice
• Experience enrolling and unenrolling mobile devices
• Knowledge of Microsoft Intune for MDM
• TDM and VoIP technologies
• Telecom circuit installation and troubleshooting (SIP,E-fax , PRI, T1, analog)
• Teams with Voice Enterprise Voice Call Routing
• Teams Conferencing
• E911
• SBC, SBA, gateways, and SIP trunks
• DID number management
• Teams Dial Plans
• Response Groups and Auto Attendants troubleshooting voice related network and carrier issues

Responsibilities

• Maintain a Teams Azure environment
• Manage and maintain the mobile device fleet within the organization
• Ensure proper configuration and security settings for mobile devices
• Maintain and manage Audio codes and Ribbon SBC/SBA gateways
• Maintain and Monitor SIP Trunk circuits
• Maintain Fax servers
• Identify and Resolve complex problems, both within a team and individually, with a focus on root cause analysis and increasing stability.
