About The Position

Fluidstack is building civilization-scale infrastructure for AI, focusing on delivering 10 to 100s of GWs of compute faster than anyone else. This involves rethinking every layer of the stack, from acquiring power and designing data centers to operating them. The Network Team is responsible for building and operating the networks that power AI training, including fabrics for large accelerator clusters and backbones between gigawatt campuses. They aim to deliver full site networks in days, not quarters, through model-driven designs and automated device turn-ups. The Network Engineer, Team Lead will be responsible for leading the network engineering team, including hiring, growth, setting priorities, and overseeing delivery across design and operations. This role involves owning the network roadmap, managing the operating rhythm between design, deployment, and production, and building the team ahead of demand to meet the needs of scaling networks.
