Our work depends on a Network Engineer Senior joining our team to support USINDOPACOM J6 mission outcomes through mpe architecture and system design engineering, modernization, secure integration, and operational collaboration across the Indo-Pacific. GDIT is seeking a Network Engineer Senior to support USINDOPACOM J6 MPE Architecture and System Design Engineering activities at Osan AB, KR, helping modernize enterprise IT capabilities and strengthen mission partner interoperability across the Indo-Pacific.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant experience supporting the role, mission area, or equivalent DoD/enterprise IT environment.
  • Technical training, certification(s), or equivalent experience; degree not explicitly required by the external labor category.

  • Experience working in government site environments and coordinating with military and civilian stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Support architecture, engineering planning, and design activities for MPE Architecture and System Design Engineering.
  • Translate operational and mission partner requirements into executable technical plans, designs, and integration actions.
  • Provide tactical data link expertise to support joint, coalition, and mission partner interoperability.
  • Coordinate technical requirements involving operational communications, network integration, and data exchange across partner environments.
  • Collaborate with USINDOPACOM J6 stakeholders, service components, mission partners, and GDIT team members to resolve technical challenges.
  • Prepare clear technical documentation, briefings, status inputs, and recommendations for customer and internal leadership.
