About The Position

DMI, LLC is seeking a Mid. Network Engineer, Administrator to join us. This role involves managing and maintaining Local Area Networks (LANs) and associated systems at COOP sites, ensuring system configurations and upgrades meet CDC standards. The position also oversees Active Directory and system center configuration, mailbox creation, and mobile device management using tools like Intune and Azure. Responsibilities include performing network troubleshooting tasks, providing support for critical network infrastructure during emergency responses, and documenting network operations, updates, and incident resolutions in ServiceNow.

Requirements

High School Diploma
4 - 5 years of experience
Must be a U.S. Citizen

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain Local Area Networks (LANs) and associated systems at COOP sites, ensuring system configurations and upgrades meet CDC standards.
Oversee Active Directory and system center configuration, mailbox creation, and mobile device management using tools like Intune and Azure.
Perform network troubleshooting tasks, including patching workstations, configuring routers, and ensuring operational ports are active.
Provide support for critical network infrastructure during emergency responses, ensuring connectivity for CDC personnel worldwide.
Document network operations, updates, and incident resolutions in ServiceNow, generating reports for analysis and compliance.
