Network Contracting Manager

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field, including 5+ years of work experience beyond degree within provider contracting and/or health insurance
- Superior problem solving, decision-making, communication negotiating skills, contract language and financial acumen
- Ancillary provider contracting and negotiations
- Experience negotiating delegated credentialing agreements
- Experience in developing and managing key provider relationships including senior executives
- Demonstrated experience in seeking out, building and nurturing strong external relationships with provider partners
- Team player with proven ability to develop strong working relationships within a fast-paced organization
- Customer centric and interpersonal skills are required
Responsibilities
- Negotiate and maintain agreements with vendors and national providers
- Streamline and automate contracting support processes
- Coordinate training of new hires and staff - identify best practices and share across team
- Provide guidance to negotiators on how to improve their contracting performance
- Maintain the provider manual and update quarterly
- Maintain contracting templates the PADU standards
- Manage the provider termination process
- Organizing JOCs with key providers
- Serve as the network focal point for internal departments (Legal, Compliance, Care Nav, Ops, Member Services)
- Review Delegated Credentialing agreements
