About The Position

This opportunity is designed for attorneys who are passionate about estate planning, business formation, and asset protection. The role provides a steady flow of well-qualified clients and comprehensive back-office support, allowing attorneys to focus on delivering exceptional legal services without the challenges of client acquisition or administrative work. It aims to eliminate the barriers of running a practice so attorneys can prioritize their clients and their needs.

Requirements

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active admission to the State Bar and in good standing.
3+ years of experience in estate planning, business formation, or related areas of law.
An established private practice.
Must be licensed in the States You are Applying for.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with special needs planning and Medicaid planning (preferred).
Reciprocity with neighboring states (a plus).

Provide estate planning, business formation, and asset protection services to referred clients.
