About The Position

The AVP of Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Network Manager to lead a team responsible for modernizing and optimizing an aging network environment. This leadership role will focus on addressing technical debt, supporting infrastructure transformation initiatives, and driving execution across network operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in network design, telephony, and VoIP technologies, along with proven experience leading technical teams. This is not a hands-on engineering role; rather, it requires a servant leader who can work independently, execute strategic priorities, remove barriers for the team, and effectively communicate progress, risks, and challenges to leadership.

Requirements

Strong experience in network architecture, telephony, and VoIP.
Experience leading infrastructure or network teams.
Ability to operate independently and drive initiatives to completion.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to identify and remove operational roadblocks while fostering team success.
SDWAN and ISP direct experience.
