Requirements

Associate's degree in a technology-related field

Responsibilities

Manage Nesnah Ventures’ and portfolio companies’ networks, ensuring LAN, WAN, VPN, DNS, and ICS systems run smoothly.
Oversee Active Directory and Entra ID, handling user accounts, permissions, policies, and secure access controls.
Co-maintain cloud infrastructure, virtual machines, storage, and network security measures.
Administer VOIP and phone systems, including call recording, user setup, and vendor coordination.
Monitor and enhance cybersecurity, implementing MFA, SSO, incident response plans, and training users on security best practices.
Lead technology projects, upgrades, and automation initiatives to improve system efficiency and business continuity.
Manage and troubleshoot Exchange Online mailboxes, distribution groups, mail flow rules, spam filters, and email security policies.
