Requirements
- Bachelor degree and 4 years’ experience in Network Development or Data management OR 8 years’ experience in Network Development or Data management
- Supervisory or leadership experience
- Organizational and decision- making skills
- Knowledge of provider recruitment
- Experience balancing multiple priorities while meeting commitments for quality and delivery at agreed upon schedules
- Detail oriented
- Report creation experience, the ability to interpret, and take action on trend reporting
- Time management skills
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- PC proficiency to include Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Lotus Notes
Nice To Haves
- Experience with PowerPoint, Visio, Project, or SNAG
- Conflict resolution skills
