About The Position

Amentum is seeking IT SME support for the Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) G3’s Army Trojan Management Office (ATMO)— Trojan Network Operations Center (TNOC). TNOC personnel provide Tier I customer service support to US ARMY INSCOM customers. This role involves actively monitoring network and terminal operations to ensure connectivity and availability, and monitoring network data traffic patterns to minimize choke points. The individual will be accountable for all aspects of Network requirements and manage the hands-on, day-to-day issues related to Networks. Additionally, they will provide system administrator support for the GET TDN2 AD environment, including managing user accounts and access to GET TDN2 AD and GET WAN.

Requirements

5 years supporting Network Operations and Microsoft Active Directory environments
IAT Level 2: A+ -CE, or Network + CE, Security + CE, or SSCP, or CCNA- Security
Must possess at minimum a TS Clearance with SCI eligibility
Must be willing to obtain a CI Poly
Must be U.S. citizens and capable of maintaining a final TS/SCI security clearance
Additionally, all personnel will require access to NATO classified material and will require read on to NATO
