About The Position

We are looking for someone to take ownership and responsibility of the Information Technology (IT) systems, computer hardware and software systems, servers, network, and security platforms. The role places a strong emphasis on system security, user access controls, security monitoring, hardening, risk remediation, and supporting security awareness initiatives. A good candidate needs strong hands-on experience with monitoring performance, responding to system errors, maintaining backups, patching systems, and resolving user hardware/software issues. The network admin will have the opportunity to maintain the network, servers and firewall hardware for the company. This position is flexible with 2 days of work from home.

Requirements

• Managing servers, network equipment, hardware/software systems, storage, virtualization, and cloud/on-prem environments
• System security, user access controls, security monitoring, hardening, risk remediation, and supporting security awareness initiatives
• Monitoring performance, responding to system errors, maintaining backups, patching systems, and resolving user hardware/software issues
• Maintain the network, servers and firewall hardware

Responsibilities
