About The Position

Triumph is seeking an in-office, skilled Network Administrator to support and maintain our growing IT infrastructure across multiple locations. This role is responsible for managing servers, networks, virtualization platforms, cloud services, backups, and cybersecurity initiatives to ensure reliable and secure technology operations. "Ensuring Safety Excellence: In compliance with Washington State's ESSB 5123, we prioritize safety in our workforce by conducting controlled substance testing, including marijuana, for this position, which is deemed safety-sensitive.” Position Summary: The Network Administrator maintains broad support of all corporate IT network systems, services, software and hardware.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree required
  • Five (5) years’ experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Cisco, Ubiquiti, UniFi, and MikroTik devices.
  • Experience with Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, and OS updates.
  • Familiarity with VMware, Hyper-V, or Proxmox.
  • Ability to track performance metrics and resolve technical issues.
  • Hardware & Software Installation: Including servers, NAS, and backup systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and related cloud-based tools.
  • Understanding of physical network infrastructure.
  • Ability to maintain accurate system diagrams and participate in IT planning.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for working with staff and vendors.
  • Comfortable managing systems across multiple sites with minimal supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of networking protocols and hardware.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Valid drivers license and insurance required

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain corporate IT infrastructure, including servers, networking equipment, and structured cabling.
  • Administer Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy.
  • Monitor system performance, maintain documentation, and report key metrics.
  • Provide technical support and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across multiple sites.
  • Manage operating system installations, updates, security patches, and configuration changes.
  • Evaluate system performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
  • Deploy and manage virtualization platforms.
  • Implement and maintain backup solutions.
  • Configure and maintain network devices, including switches, gateways, Wi-Fi access points, and routers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support IT operations and projects.
  • Participate in planning and implementation of enterprise hardware systems and architecture.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, cybersecurity best practices, and internal IT policies to protect patient data and privacy.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned.
