About The Position

The Network Administrator (Intermediate/Senior) is responsible for administering, maintaining, securing, and optimizing enterprise network infrastructure supporting mission-critical operations. The role manages routing, switching, wireless networks, storage networking, and server connectivity while ensuring high availability, security, and performance across enterprise environments.

Requirements

  • Intermediate Level U.S. Citizenship with an active Secret Clearance.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience supporting enterprise networking environments.
  • DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II Certification (CompTIA Security+ or equivalent).
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA); CCNP preferred.
  • Juniper Networks Certified Associate (JNCIA-Junos).
  • VMware Certified Associate or equivalent virtualization experience.
  • Experience supporting Cisco, Juniper, and Aruba networking equipment.
  • Senior Level U.S. Citizenship with an active Secret Clearance.
  • Minimum 8 years of enterprise networking experience.
  • DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II Certification.
  • Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP).
  • Juniper Networks Certified Associate (JNCIA-Junos).
  • Extensive experience managing enterprise routing, switching, wireless, and network infrastructure.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Microsoft certification for Windows 10/11 or Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administration.
  • Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) environments.
  • Experience with Cisco ACI, NetApp storage, HPE SAN, Fibre Channel networking, and enterprise network architecture.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience supporting mission-critical systems and VIP users.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier II/III network and desktop support for enterprise environments.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network connectivity, performance, and availability issues.
  • Install, configure, administer, and maintain network infrastructure, servers, operating systems, and related hardware.
  • Monitor network and server health and implement corrective actions.
  • Analyze network utilization and performance to support capacity planning.
  • Assist with disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
  • Coordinate with vendors for procurement, maintenance, and lifecycle management of network equipment.
  • Deliver technical training and user support for network technologies.
  • Administer enterprise routers, switches, wireless controllers, and network management platforms.
  • Support Cisco ACI environments and enterprise wireless infrastructure.
  • Manage storage networking technologies including NetApp, HPE SAN, and Fibre Channel networking.
  • Collaborate with systems, engineering, and cybersecurity teams on infrastructure improvements.
  • Maintain network documentation, configuration standards, and operational procedures.
  • Implement network security best practices and ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards.
