Responsibilities

• Independently lead deployments new builds and expansion projects across corporate offices.
• Manage the full lifecycle of network equipment procurement, configuration, implementation, documentation and decommissioning ensuring compliance with Customer design standards.
• Contribute to design and configure LANWAN infrastructure, wireless and SD-WAN environments using Cisco Meraki and Cisco Catalyst.
• Support the growth and stabilization of network infrastructure, assisting with design, configuration and rollout of new regional sites and integrations.
• Partner with global IT and cybersecurity teams to drive patch compliance, strengthen network security posture, and support infrastructure hardening initiatives.
• Configure, support and maintain Zscaler ZIAZPA.
• Take ownership of complex troubleshooting through all layers of the OSI model, coordinating with ISPs and internal stakeholders to restore service quickly and accurately.
• Contribute to process improvement by recommending tooling, automation and documentation enhancements to strengthen visibility and uptime across all environments.
